Senior partner opportunity at a well-established German firm to lead and grow the Employment & Labor and Tax practice from the Stuttgart office. The role combines high-value advisory work on employment law with tax-related client issues, working with domestic and international corporate clients.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing leadership role, supervising a team of lawyers and developing cross-practice workstreams between employment and tax. The firm is open to candidates with an existing portable practice who can bring or generate new business.

Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law plus experience advising on tax-related aspects relevant to employment arrangements.
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; experience running a team and business development.
Licensed or qualified to practise in Germany (or equivalent local qualification) with strong German-language capability.
Ability to handle cross-border/international matters and collaborate with other practice groups.
