Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Dallas energy practice, with a focus on oil & gas matters. The role involves leading transactions and regulatory work, advising energy clients across upstream, midstream and related commercial issues.

The successful candidate will join an established group and be expected to originate and manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across offices on cross-border and multi-disciplinary matters.

Partner-level experience in energy law, with strong oil & gas transactional and/or regulatory expertise.
Proven track record of originating and managing client work and a portable book of business.
Admission to practice in Texas (or willingness to obtain) and significant experience at a US law firm.
Demonstrated business development, team leadership, and client management skills.
