Established national law firm seeks a seasoned partner to lead and grow its Energy & Environmental practice in Dallas. The role focuses on counseling energy-sector clients on regulatory, environmental compliance, and transactional matters, and managing a team of lawyers across related disciplines.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, developing business and supervising complex matters while collaborating with national practice groups. A portable practice or existing client relationships are welcome and will be supported.

Proven partner-level experience in energy and environmental law.
Track record of client development and managing teams on complex regulatory and transactional matters.
Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in Texas; strong communication and leadership skills.
