Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and lead its energy transactional practice. The role focuses on commercial transactions across traditional and renewable energy projects, advising corporate and project sponsors, developers, and investors.

The successful candidate will have a track record of originating and closing complex energy deals, be able to lead cross‑office teams, and help grow the practice through client development. Portable business is welcome and will be considered as part of the hiring process.

Partner-level transactional experience in energy and natural resources (project development, M&A, project finance or commercial contracts)
Proven business development record and ability to bring or grow client relationships
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Admission to at least one U.S. bar and ability to work across multiple U.S. offices/markets
