Proven partner-level experience in energy, environmental, or infrastructure matters
Track record of leading transactions or regulatory work for energy or infrastructure clients
Demonstrable business development skills and client relationships (portable practice preferred)
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and team leadership abilities
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
