Seeking a partner to join a major US law firm’s Dallas office to lead and grow energy and environmental work. The role will focus on counseling clients across regulatory, transactional and enforcement matters in the energy and environmental sectors.

The team advises developers, operators and other industry stakeholders on compliance, permitting, risk management and disputes. The position offers leadership responsibility, client-facing work and the opportunity to build or bring a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law.
Proven client development skills and experience managing a team of lawyers.
Strong regulatory, transactional and/or enforcement experience relevant to energy/environmental matters.
Admissions and standing to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (Texas preferred).
