Leading national/international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy and Environmental practice in Dallas. The role will focus on advising clients across energy projects, infrastructure transactions, and environmental regulatory matters.

The team advises developers, sponsors, lenders and corporate clients on project development, permitting, regulatory compliance, and related commercial transactions. This is an opportunity to lead and grow a portable practice while collaborating with cross‑discipline teams across the firm.

Established partner with a track record in energy project work, infrastructure transactions, and environmental/regulatory matters.
Strong client relationships and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Experience managing deal teams and coordinating with finance, regulatory and transactional lawyers.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent academic and professional references.
