Top-tier law firm seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Energy and Environmental practice in Düsseldorf. The role will advise on energy and infrastructure projects, regulatory matters and related commercial work for corporate and project clients.

This is a client-facing leadership role: you will manage matters, develop business, and mentor associates within a growing team. A portable practice or demonstrable business generation track record is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in energy, infrastructure or environmental law
Proven ability to originate and manage client matters and to develop business
Track record leading teams and supervising complex transactions or regulatory matters
Fluent German and strong English drafting and oral skills
