Senior partner opportunity with a well-established German law firm’s Hamburg office, joining a market-facing Energy & Environmental team. The role focuses on advising energy-sector and environmental regulatory matters across transactional, regulatory and project-related work.

The firm is seeking a partner to lead mandates, develop client relationships and grow a specialist practice in the region. This role will suit an experienced lawyer with deep sector knowledge, managerial experience and a track record of originating or maintaining client work.

Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law (Germany-focused).
Proven client development and practice leadership ability; portable relationships welcomed.
Admission to the German bar (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent.
Strong drafting, negotiation and regulatory advisory skills on project/transactional matters.
