The partner will handle client relationship management and business development while leading transactional and regulatory matters across the region. Candidates with an established energy industry focus and experience advising on federal and state environmental rules will be prioritized.

Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, including regulatory counseling and enforcement matters.
Demonstrable background with EPA or state environmental programs and related compliance work.
Proven client-development capabilities; portable practice or book of business welcome.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in Texas.
