Seeking a partner to join a busy energy and environmental practice in Phoenix, focused on high‑stakes litigation and regulatory matters. The role combines courtroom and administrative proceedings work with counseling on regulatory compliance across energy and infrastructure sectors.

You'll lead client engagements, supervise litigation teams, and work closely with transactional and regulatory colleagues on cross‑practice matters. This is a partner‑level opportunity for an experienced, client‑facing lawyer with an established practice and demonstrable business development capability.

• Partner‑level experience in energy and environmental litigation and regulatory work.
• Proven track record of leading matters, managing teams, and handling trials or major administrative hearings.
• Demonstrable client development experience and the ability to build or bring a portable practice.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong communications skills.
