Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boulder office to lead and grow an integrated energy and environmental practice. The role spans litigation, regulatory counseling, and transactional matters for clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

The successful candidate will handle complex disputes, administrative and regulatory proceedings, and provide strategic guidance on permitting, compliance and transactional risk. This position offers client-facing work and the opportunity to build a team and expand regional market presence.

Established partner with a strong track record in energy and environmental litigation and regulatory matters.
Experience advising on energy/infrastructure transactions and related compliance issues.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Admitted or eligible to be admitted in Colorado (or ability to practice in the jurisdiction).
Demonstrated trial and administrative hearing experience preferred.
