Partner — Energy & Environmental Litigation, Washington, D.C.

A well-established US law firm is recruiting an experienced lateral partner to strengthen its Energy, Environmental and Infrastructure practice in Washington, D.C. The role will combine litigation and regulatory work across energy projects and related environmental matters.

The successful candidate will lead matters, manage teams and work directly with clients on regulatory strategy, permit challenges, enforcement defense and project-related disputes. There is scope for developing the practice and collaborating with national offices.

Applicants with an existing, portable client base in energy or infrastructure regulatory work are encouraged to apply; business development and leadership contributions will be a core part of the role.

• Proven partner-level experience handling energy, environmental and infrastructure litigation and regulatory matters
• Track record of leading teams and managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
• Strong client-development skills; portable practice preferred
• Bar admission in D.C. or ability to admit; excellent oral and written advocacy
