Senior transactional and regulatory energy/environmental partner opportunity in Miami with a broad U.S. and regional practice focus. The role will advise energy, infrastructure and project clients on regulatory, environmental permitting, and transactional matters across multiple sectors.

The firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow the practice in the region, take a central role on complex cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters, and mentor junior lawyers. Candidates with an established, portable practice or demonstrable business development capability are encouraged to apply.

Established partner with a significant background in energy and environmental law (permits, regulatory compliance, transactions, or project development).
Proven track record of client management and business development; portable book of business preferred.
Licensed to practice in Florida or able to obtain admission, with experience on multi-jurisdictional matters.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience in a law firm setting.
