Seeking a lateral partner to establish and lead an Energy & Environmental practice from a recently opened Philadelphia office. The role combines client-facing work, team leadership and strategic business development across energy and environmental matters.

The successful candidate will build and manage a regional practice, supervise associates, and work closely with national office colleagues on cross-jurisdictional matters. A portable client base and proven ability to originate and grow work are important.

Established partner or equivalent with significant experience in energy and/or environmental law
Demonstrated client development record and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience leading teams and managing matters from pitch through resolution
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
