Seeking an experienced partner to build and lead a compliance and regulatory practice from the firm s Philadelphia office. The role focuses on cross-disciplinary regulatory work, including data protection and cyber security, international trade, and regulatory matters in energy, environment and healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will advise clients on complex regulatory frameworks, internal investigations, and cross-border compliance programs. This is a partner-level role with opportunity to shape a growing practice group and work with established industry clients.

Portable business is welcomed and the firm is open to candidates who can bring or expand client relationships in the listed practice areas.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters
Proven expertise in one or more of: privacy & data protection, cyber security, international trade, energy/environmental or healthcare regulation
Track record of advising on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional regulatory issues
Demonstrated business development skills and ability to grow client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
