The successful candidate will be an experienced deal lawyer with a strong record of originating and managing complex, high-value transactions, familiarity with IP-driven commercial issues, and the ability to develop business across core industry sectors.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established track record in M&A, private equity or similar transactional work
- Demonstrated client origination and relationship management skills
- Experience advising life sciences and/or energy-sector clients preferred
