Established national law firm is expanding its Philadelphia presence and seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Energy & Environmental practice locally. The role will focus on delivering regulatory, transactional and compliance advice to clients in the energy and environmental sectors.

The successful candidate will help build the office, manage client relationships, and work collaboratively across the firm’s regional and national teams. This is a leadership role with clear expectations for bringing and developing business in the Philadelphia market.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with a track record in energy and environmental work.
Demonstrable client development skills and an ability to originate or grow business — portable book of business a strong asset.
Comfortable leading a local team and coordinating with national practice groups.
Excellent regulatory, transactional or enforcement experience relevant to energy/environment matters.
