Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental Litigation, Philadelphia

Lead partner hire for a national practice seeking an experienced lawyer to develop and grow energy, infrastructure and environmental litigation and regulatory work from the Philadelphia office. The role combines courtroom and regulatory advocacy with client development across transactional-adjacent disputes and enforcement matters.

Ideal candidate will take responsibility for managing a team of associates, handling high-stakes litigation and administrative proceedings, and expanding a portable practice in the energy and infrastructure sector. The position offers firm-wide platform and cross-practice collaboration on regulatory and compliance matters.

• Established partner or counsel with substantial litigation and regulatory experience in energy, infrastructure or environmental matters.
• Proven track record of leading complex litigation, administrative proceedings or enforcement defenses; trial or arbitration experience preferred.
• Demonstrated client development ability and willingness to build a portable book of business.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar or eligibility to waive in; strong mentoring and team-management skills.
