Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Philadelphia

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to help grow and lead its intellectual property litigation practice from the Philadelphia office. The role focuses on patent and other IP disputes, including lead counsel responsibilities in complex, high-stakes matters.

The partner will join a multi-disciplinary team handling patent litigation and related IP disputes for corporate clients across technology and life sciences sectors. The position offers an opportunity to build a portable practice and play a visible role in developing the office’s IP litigation capability.

• Established partner with significant experience in intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent litigation.
• Track record of leading complex cases as first-chair or senior trial counsel; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development capacity preferred.
• Bar admission in Pennsylvania (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant federal courts.
