We are seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established energy and environmental practice in Pittsburgh. The role will focus on projects across energy (including renewables and oil & gas), energy tax, maritime and construction-related matters, and infrastructure work.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, originate and execute transactions and regulatory matters, and collaborate across a multidisciplinary team. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business in the energy/energy-tax or maritime/construction sectors is encouraged.

Established partner with a track record in energy (renewables and/or oil & gas), energy-related tax, maritime or construction matters
Experience handling project and infrastructure transactions and related regulatory work
Proven client-development and management skills; portable practice preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-practice teams and contribute to business development
