Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Pittsburgh real estate and construction practice. The role will handle complex leasing, development and transactional matters across sectors including healthcare real estate, renewable energy projects, industrial/logistics and resort development.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team that collaborates with finance and energy specialists on project development and financings. A portable practice is welcome; there is no minimum book of business required to be considered.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions and leasing.
Demonstrated work in healthcare real estate, renewable energy projects or industrial/logistics development.
Comfort working on matters with finance/transactional components and coordinating with cross-practice teams.
Active Pennsylvania bar admission or ability to become admitted.
Proven client relationship skills and ability to develop new business locally and regionally.
