An established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and grow its energy tax practice in Pittsburgh. The role will focus on delivering high‑value tax advice to clients across the energy sector, working collaboratively with transactional and regulatory teams.

The team advises on tax structuring, transactional tax issues and ongoing tax compliance for energy clients. The firm is looking for an experienced partner who can provide technical leadership, mentor junior lawyers, and work cross‑practice on deals and projects.

A portable practice or demonstrable business development record in energy tax is welcome.

JD and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
Established partner‑level experience in energy tax (transactional and advisory)
Proven track record of client relationship management and business development
Experience mentoring and leading legal teams
