Lateral Partner Energy & Environmental (Pittsburgh)

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a cross-disciplinary energy and environmental practice in the Pittsburgh office. The role will handle matters across energy (including renewables and oil & gas), energy-related tax, maritime construction and infrastructure matters, and related regulatory work.

The partner will originate and steward client relationships, supervise deal teams and coordinate with specialists across tax, regulatory and construction disciplines. The position suits an experienced rainmaker comfortable with complex commercial transactions, regulatory filings and dispute avoidance strategies in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
