Leading national law firm seeks a partner to build and lead its Energy & Environmental practice in the Providence office. The role will focus on delivering regulatory, transactional and compliance advice to clients across the energy and environmental sectors.

Ideal candidates will be client-facing rainmakers with experience originating and managing cross-disciplinary matters, mentoring teams, and growing a regional practice. The firm is open to nationwide candidates and welcomes partners with a portable practice aligned to energy or environmental work.

Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law (regulatory, transactional or compliance matters)
Proven business development and client relationship record; portable practice considered
Demonstrated team leadership and ability to mentor associates
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to qualify
