Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Providence litigation team with a strong focus on healthcare and life sciences disputes. This role will handle a broad mix of contentious matters, including regulatory, civil litigation and provider/payer disputes, in a client-facing, trial-capable practice.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative regional office that works closely with national practice groups. You will have responsibility for developing and supervising matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and expanding business across healthcare and life‑sciences clients.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and/or life sciences matters.
Track record of leading complex disputes and courtroom experience preferred.
Business development ability; candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships encouraged to apply.
Active bar admission in Rhode Island or ability to obtain admission promptly.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills for supervising associates and managing cases.
