Experienced litigation partner sought to join a busy Providence litigation group handling securities, white-collar and related commercial disputes. The role will involve leading contested matters from intake through trial and appeal, including strategy, motions practice and witness preparation.

The partner will manage and mentor associates, coordinate with a broader litigation team and work with clients across industries. Candidates should be comfortable advising on securities-related exposures and defending regulatory and enforcement matters.

A portable practice is welcome; the role offers firm resources and cross-office support to grow client work locally and regionally.

Proven partner-level litigation experience, including securities or white-collar defense work
Track record of leading matters, supervising teams, and managing client relationships
Bar admission in Rhode Island or willingness to transfer admission
Strong written and oral advocacy skills; trial and motion experience preferred
Business development capability; portable client relationships encouraged
