Partner — Employment & Labor / Litigation, Providence

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in the Providence office. The role will focus on handling complex employment disputes, representing employers in litigation and regulatory matters, and leading jury and bench trials as needed.

The position calls for a senior lawyer who can manage high-stakes cases, mentor junior litigators, and contribute to practice growth through client development and cross-practice collaboration. This is an on-site role based in Providence with access to national firm resources.
