Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Providence litigation team with a primary focus on employment and labor matters. The role will also handle related professional liability, healthcare and construction disputes for private and commercial clients.

The successful candidate will have a track record of partner-level litigation experience, strong trial and motion skills, and the ability to manage and develop client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrated business development capability is welcomed.

Partner-level experience in commercial litigation with emphasis on employment and labor matters
Proven experience handling professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes preferred
Strong trial advocacy and motion practice abilities
Demonstrated client development skills; a portable book of business is welcome
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in Rhode Island
