Apply in confidence →Seeking an experienced lateral partner to join a well-established regional practice in Research Triangle Park to lead matters across energy, environmental, tax, maritime and construction-related work. The role will focus on advising project sponsors, developers and corporate clients on renewable energy, oil & gas and infrastructure transactions and related regulatory/tax issues.
The ideal candidate will bring partner-level technical expertise, an active practice and the ability to drive business development across the energy and infrastructure sectors. You will work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to support transactional, regulatory and tax aspects of projects.
- Partner-level experience in energy, environmental or tax law with a track record on renewable energy, oil & gas or infrastructure matters.
- Demonstrated experience on project, construction or maritime-related transactions and regulatory matters.
- Portable practice or proven business-development capability appropriate for a lateral partner role.
- Strong client management and team leadership skills; bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction preferred.
