Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an energy and environmental transactional practice from the firm s San Francisco office. The role focuses on infrastructure and energy projects, advising sponsors, developers and corporate clients on complex transactions and regulatory intersections.

The partner will manage deal execution, mentor associates and collaborate across corporate and environmental teams. There is an expectation of active business development; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client origination are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level track record in energy, infrastructure or project transactions.
Strong transactional skills across corporate and environmental/regulatory risk areas.
Proven business development and client-management ability; portable practice preferred.
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers; admissions and local market knowledge preferred.
