Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in the San Francisco office. The role will focus on private credit and lending transactions, advising lenders and institutional investors on structuring, documentation and execution.

The position is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced originator who can bring and grow a portable practice. You will work across leveraged and unitranche financings, private credit facilities and related secured transactions, partnering with deal teams across the U.S.

Significant partner-level experience in private credit, syndicated loans or similar lending work
Track record of originating and closing complex financings; demonstrable client relationships or portable practice
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on loan documents and security arrangements
Ability to lead deal teams and mentor junior lawyers
Admission to the California bar or eligibility to transfer; authorized to practice in the U.S.
