Senior lateral partner role for an established restructuring and finance practice based in San Francisco. The team is focused on lender-side high-yield and distressed-debt work while also expanding debtor-side bankruptcy and restructuring capabilities.

The firm seeks a market-facing partner to contribute substantive casework, lead complex restructuring matters, and help grow both the lender-side distressed debt platform and debtor bankruptcy offerings.

• Proven partner-level restructuring experience, including high-yield/distressed debt matters
• Track record of leading complex bankruptcy and workout matters for lenders and/or debtors
• Strong business development and rainmaking capability
• Bar admission and credentials appropriate for California practice
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
