Join a growing Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice in San Francisco focused on complex bankruptcy litigation, insolvency work and restructuring matters. The team handles contested creditor/debtor disputes, restructurings and related transactional elements across a national client base.

The role calls for a partner to lead litigation and restructuring engagements, develop client relationships, and expand the practice’s market presence. This is a growth-focused hire with significant opportunity to originate matters and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner track record in bankruptcy litigation and restructuring matters
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in California
