Senior bankruptcy partner role in a San Francisco office seeking a market-facing restructuring lawyer to join a national litigation-focused practice. The team handles complex bankruptcy litigation, insolvency matters and restructuring-related transactions.

The hire will be expected to grow and lead a portable practice, collaborate on high‑stakes contested matters, and contribute to business development and firm leadership in the region.

• Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency litigation.
• Proven track record of leading contested matters and advising on restructurings and related transactional work.
• Ability to bring or develop a portable practice and support business development efforts.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; strong professional references and courtroom experience preferred.
