Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its bankruptcy and restructuring team in the San Francisco office. The role will focus on creditor and debtor-side insolvency matters, out-of-court restructurings, and complex chapter 11 proceedings for a mix of corporate and financial services clients.

The team handles high‑value reorganizations and contested insolvency litigation; the position offers leadership opportunities within the regional practice and collaboration with colleagues across multiple U.S. offices. Candidates should be able to originate work and deepen existing client relationships.
