Leading global law firm seeks a partner to join its San Francisco bankruptcy, restructuring and finance team. The role will focus on creditor-side work, distressed-debt matters and restructuring transactions for corporate and financial clients.

The ideal candidate will lead engagements, manage and develop junior lawyers, and help grow a creditor-focused practice in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of business development in distressed-credit markets is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights and distressed-debt transactions
Proven leadership and team-management skills; experience supervising associates
Track record of client development and originating work; portable practice is a plus
Active bar admission and JD or equivalent
