Senior finance partner opportunity with a major US law firm to lead and grow leveraged and structured finance work from the San Francisco office. The role will focus on originating and executing complex financing transactions across corporate and sponsor-backed clients.

The team advises on leveraged loans, high-yield financings, structured products and related credit agreements. The hire will work closely with cross-practice deal teams and senior firm leadership to expand market presence on the West Coast.

Proven partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Track record of originating and managing complex financings for corporate and sponsor clients.
Strong client-development skills; an established/portable practice is preferred.
Ability to lead deal teams and collaborate with cross-practice groups.
