Leading law firm seeks a partner to join its Energy and Environmental practice in Springfield. The role will advise clients on regulatory, transactional and permitting matters across the energy and environmental sectors, working on complex matters for corporate and public-sector clients.

The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice. The team offers broad cross-practice collaboration and resources to support growth of a partner-level book of business.

Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law, including regulatory and transactional work
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice is welcomed
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Active bar admission in the relevant state or ability to become admitted
