Senior agriculture partner role within a well-established, client-focused law practice. The hire will lead and grow the firm's agriculture practice in Springfield, advising clients across the agricultural supply chain on commercial, regulatory and transactional matters.

There is a particular interest in candidates with experience in emerging agricultural sectors, including cannabis-related regulatory and transactional work. The team works closely with industry clients and other practice groups to deliver practical legal solutions.

Established partner-level experience in agriculture law and related regulatory matters
Experience advising on cannabis-related regulatory or transactional issues preferred
Demonstrated client development and practice leadership skills; portable book of business welcomed
Ability to collaborate across practice groups and manage a small team
