Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a healthcare and education practice from the Springfield office. The role focuses on delivering high‑value legal services to healthcare providers, life sciences companies and educational institutions across transactional, regulatory and advisory matters.

The firm is open to experienced laterals with an established, portable practice who can bring client relationships and help expand cross‑practice initiatives. Candidates from anywhere in the United States will be considered; relocation to the Springfield office is expected for this role.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and/or education law, including work with life sciences clients.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to lead cross-functional teams on complex transactional and regulatory matters.
Excellent communication and business development skills; willingness to engage in firm growth initiatives.
