Apply in confidence →Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Harrisburg office to lead and grow a cross-disciplinary energy practice. The role combines tax, environmental and project-focused work, with a strong emphasis on renewable energy, oil & gas infrastructure, and maritime/construction matters.
The successful candidate will advise developers, operators and project stakeholders on regulatory, transactional and tax aspects of energy and infrastructure projects. This is a visible position with opportunities to originate and develop client relationships and to collaborate across national practice teams.
- Established partner with significant experience in energy, environmental or tax law; experience with renewable energy, oil & gas and infrastructure matters preferred.
- Proven track record advising on regulatory, transactional and project/construction issues; maritime experience a plus.
- Demonstrable client development ability — a portable practice or book of business is welcome.
- Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Harrisburg office.
