Apply in confidence →Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an established energy and infrastructure practice in Austin. The role focuses on energy tax, renewable energy transactions, oil & gas regulatory work, and maritime and construction matters across project and transactional portfolios.
Ideal hire will build and manage a team, originate and deepen client relationships, and work closely with cross‑discipline colleagues on complex transactional and regulatory matters. Portable practice and demonstrable client origination are welcome.
- Partner-level experience in energy, tax, maritime or construction law, with a strong transactional and/or regulatory background
- Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
- Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-practice workstreams
- Active U.S. bar admission and experience advising on energy projects, renewable deals, oil & gas, or infrastructure matters
