Apply in confidence →Senior partner opportunity with a well-regarded national firm seeking an established leader to grow and lead work in energy, environmental, and tax matters with significant maritime and construction-related practices. The role will sit in the firm's Nashville office and will involve both transactional and regulatory matters across traditional and renewable energy sectors.
The firm is looking for a partner who can advise on energy tax, renewable energy projects, gas/regulatory issues, and maritime construction matters, and who can work closely with multidisciplinary teams. This is a business-development oriented role; candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in these sectors are encouraged to apply.
- Partner-level experience in energy, environmental, tax, maritime and/or construction matters.
- Proven track record of originating or leading client engagements and developing business in energy or renewable sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of energy tax, regulatory frameworks, and maritime/construction aspects relevant to projects.
- Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Nashville office; portable book of business preferred.
