Senior attorney opportunity for an experienced partner to lead and grow an energy-focused practice out of the Portland office. The role will combine transactional, regulatory and tax matters across renewable energy, traditional power and related construction and maritime work.

The firm is seeking a partner who can originate and manage client engagements, develop business in the region, and mentor junior lawyers. Work will involve cross-disciplinary matters touching energy regulatory regimes, tax structuring and project/construction issues.

Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
Established, portable practice or demonstrable track record of origination in energy/renewables and related tax or construction work.
Significant senior-level experience handling energy transactions, regulatory matters, and/or maritime/construction issues.
Proven ability to lead deal teams, business development, and client relationship management.
