Seeking a partner to join a well-established energy and finance practice in Austin. The role focuses on transactional and regulatory matters across traditional and renewable energy projects.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience advising energy clients on regulatory and commercial transactions; FERC experience is a plus. The firm is looking for a partner who can contribute an existing portable practice.

Partner-level candidate with significant experience (typically 10+ years) in energy transactions and regulatory matters.
Transactional background with renewables experience preferred.
Experience with energy regulatory regimes; FERC experience a plus.
Proven ability to bring a portable practice/book of business.
