Senior partner hire to lead and expand an established Energy & Infrastructure practice in Dubai. The role will focus on energy-transition projects, infrastructure development and construction-focused international arbitration, working alongside corporate, technology and IP specialists.

Successful candidates will be expected to bring a proven partner-level track record of originating and winning business, to work across cross-border mandates, and to help grow the local platform by leveraging an existing portable client base.

Established partner-level experience in energy and infrastructure matters, with transactional and project experience.
Demonstrable experience in construction-focused international arbitration or related dispute resolution.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and to grow a practice in the region (portable book of business required).
Comfort working across corporate, technology and IP interfaces on cross-border matters; strong commercial judgment and team leadership.
