Seeking an experienced partner to join a global energy and infrastructure finance practice. The role will focus on originating and leading complex financings across conventional and renewable energy projects, infrastructure transactions and related corporate financings.

The team operates across multiple US offices and the UK; successful candidates will be expected to develop business cross-border and work with interdisciplinary teams on multi-jurisdictional mandates. This is a front-facing, originations-focused partner role within a well-established international practice.

Proven partner-level experience in energy and infrastructure finance, including project finance and related corporate financings.
Demonstrable portable relationships / ability to bring a book of business and to originate new mandates.
Track record advising sponsors, lenders or investors on large-scale energy/infrastructure or renewable projects.
Strong client management, team leadership and cross-border collaboration skills; admitted or able to be admitted in relevant jurisdictions.
