Partner — Energy & Infrastructure M&A (Toronto)

Seeking a partner to lead and grow an energy and infrastructure transactional practice in Toronto. The role focuses on M&A, project development and project finance across traditional and renewable energy sectors.

The position will support expanding cross-border dealflow between Canada and the U.S.; candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in energy/infrastructure transactions are encouraged to apply. This is a planned hire and will commence once internal approvals are completed.

• Established partner-level experience in energy and infrastructure M&A and project finance.
• Proven track record of leading complex transactional matters and managing deal teams.
• Experience working on cross-border Canada–U.S. transactions; U.S. bar admission or dual call is a strong asset.
• Admission to the Ontario bar (or eligibility) and strong commercial judgment.
