Partner — Energy (Oil & Gas) — Silicon Valley

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy practice in the Silicon Valley area. The role focuses on upstream and midstream oil & gas matters, project development, and commercial transactions for energy-sector clients.

The partner will be expected to grow and lead the regional energy desk, collaborate across transactional and regulatory teams, and develop business with existing and new clients. This is a client-facing role with significant practice-building expectations.

• Established partner with a proven energy practice and track record of originating or bringing a portable client portfolio.
• Deep experience in oil & gas, energy transactions, project development, or related regulatory matters.
• Strong business development skills and ability to work across offices and practice groups.
• Active bar admission in the United States and excellent client relationship skills.
