Partner — Energy, Private Equity & Regulatory — New York

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York energy team, with a focus on transactions that intersect private equity, regulatory work, and renewables. The role involves originating and leading complex corporate and finance matters across the energy sector.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and experience building or managing a team. The team is opportunistically adding partners whose energy experience is tied to private equity, regulatory mandates, or renewable-energy transactions.

• Proven partner-level experience in energy transactions and related regulatory work
• Established portable practice/book of business with a track record of client origination
• Experience advising on private equity-backed energy deals and renewables
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities; admitted to practice in New York (or eligible)
